You will visit their beautiful National Park, navigate the Beagle Channel and in winter make winter activities outdoors in its surroundings.

Full Itinerary

Arrival at Ushuaia airport and transfer to your accommodation.

Pick up at the hotel to enjoy one of the most incredible tours in Ushuaia. We invite you to reach the true End of the World to feel the excitement of being in a unique and magical place.

We will head towards Tierra del Fuego National Park, which is located 12 km from the center of the city of Ushuaia.
Before entering the National Park, we will stop at the End of the World Train station (optional) where passengers who wish to can choose to take the mythical train ride (about 60 minutes) that ends inside the National Park.
Those who do not take the train ride can enjoy a short walk in the Tierra del Fuego forest.

Once the train ride is over, the group will meet again inside the Park with the vehicle and guide to continue the tour to Ensenada, a bay that combines the Andes, the sub-Antarctic forest and the sea in one place.

We will continue to other panoramic points within the area.

In the afternoon we will enjoy a relaxing catamaran cruise through the historic and challenging Beagle Channel.
One of the objectives will be to get the typical postcard with the lighthouse behind us. We set sail from the local tourist dock and cruise around the wide Bay of Ushuaia. There we will sail around the Isla de los Pájaros where we will appreciate the Fuegian birdlife observing Skúas, Black-browed Albatrosses, Steamer Ducks, Cauquenes, Kelp Gulls and Grey Gulls; and the Isla de los Lobos where we will be able to observe specimens of one- and two-haired sea lions. Upon reaching the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (The Illuminators or also colloquially called the Lighthouse at the End of the World), we will be able to appreciate the colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants.

Then we will return to the Ushuaia dock.

The excursion departs by bus from Ushuaia along National Route No. 3 heading north after having picked up the passengers at their respective hotels. Once the Beagle Channel is left behind, the gigantic sight of the Olivia and Cinco Hermanos mountains appears. Then the Carbajal valley, made up of an immense peat bog, which is exploited for commercial purposes.

Continuing on our way, we will visit the Harwen winter resort, home of the national snow sculpture festival, as our next stop.

Then we will arrive at the Garibaldi Pass (the only place in the country where crossing the Andes mountain range does not involve crossing a border, we are still traveling through the same national territory). This is a panoramic point with spectacular views of the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes and the old National Route No. 3 in a setting of Patagonian Andean forest, a landscape of impressive beauty.

The trip continues until reaching Lake Fagnano, where we will descend again to appreciate and understand the enormous magnitude of the lake, one of the largest in South America, more than 100 km long and 7 km wide.

On the way back to Ushuaia, we will stop at one of the winter resorts and have time to have lunch with a typical dish of the area: Fuegian Lamb on a spit (lunch not included).

After dessert, there will be a moment of relaxation and then we will resume the last 20 km to Ushuaia, arriving around 4 pm.

Transfer to the airport to board your return flight.
